Huge thanks to Social Nature for these super interesting Breath Biotics lozenges. 

They are minty and refreshing and left my mouth feeling nice and clean. 

I'm not much of a gum chewer but I'm obsessed with mints, so I loved that the lozenges just melted away and I felt very fresh long after.  

Plus they're good for you! I like it!

KICKING HORSE COLD BREW COFFEE
Absolutely love coffee and trying new coffee drinks so I was soo excited to try this Kicking Horse Cold Brew Coffee! It was nice and cold so it was refreshing, and I feel you get more than usual pre-made coffee drinks, for a cheaper price. It's a bit stronger than I'm used to, but would get it again to try it in the recipes that were suggested or over ice with milk. I know it was unsweetened, but maybe a slightly sweeter version would be nice to try as well. I liked it, and am thinking about picking up they ground coffee to try it hot!

I'm always on the hunt for a good facial moisturiser so I was excited to receive this one free from Social Nature to try out. I love that it's paraben free and it smells so fresh and clean. The moisturiser did feel a little tacky on the skin, not as hydrating as I'm used to, but it left my face feeling smooth & moisturized once it soaked in. I'm not sure if I'm ready to switch yet, but I enjoyed it!

As a new mum to a BUSY toddler, I was pumped to try out these Natural Factors Stress-Relax Tranquil Sleep tablets through Social Nature. They have a nice taste (sort of like sweet tarts), not chalky or bland, but are surprisingly large. Definitely found that they helped to relax & calm before bed and had a nice relaxing sleep. I appreciate that they’re more natural, love that they’re chewable, and they are very affordable. Great choice!

I was so excited to be chosen for activ-x multi-vitmain! I've tried and love Platinum Naturals brand iron pills, and they're such an amazing company. Pills came portioned out which was so helpful, but are a little big so take lots of water. I have a multi-vitmain I already take and will continue to use, but so happy for the opportunity!

Loving this Satya Organic Eczema salve I received free in return for my honest review. 

I love that it has only a few simple ingredients and is fragrance free so it wasn't overpowering to use. It wasn't greasy or sticky; it just felt like a nice smooth balm that felt great on the skin. Plus it's multi-purpose - you can use it for so much!! I also really love the story behind the product and that it's made right here in Canada.

SO LUCKY to be chosen by Social Nature again, this time receiving A.Vogel's bioSnacky glass germination kit to grow my own sprouts

 I’ve wanted to try germinating for a while, so I couldn't wait to get started and get growing!

It was so easy to do, too: just add seeds, soak briefly, rinse a couple times a day - then in a few days you have delicious sprouts. 

Added to a salad, sandwich, on a turkey burger. You can add to anything. 

They're so good! And so easy! I'm hooked!
